It takes less then 5 minutes to make up these delicious granola bars, and it makes 30 bars so it will last a while. Grab one when you are in a hurry or enjoy giving your kids healthy granola bars with good ingredients in them.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of whole grain rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup of honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and flatten the granola bar mixture with the palm of your hand.
  • Let it set in the fridge for 1 hour, cut into bars, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Let them set in the fridge for up to a week or make a bulk batch and freeze.
