minutesDelicious sourdough waffles that are soft on the inside and crisp on the outside such a tasty breakfast. Our family eats these all the time, the kids love them!
Ingredients
1 cup of sourdough discard
1 egg
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Directions
- Preheat the waffle maker. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.

- Pour about 3/4 cup of batter to the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes and enjoy!

Notes
- Add on butter, syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, pair it with fried chicken this recipe is so delicious!
- If you have extra waffles stick them in the freezer to pull out in a hurry.
