minutesEasy and quick mini cheesecake recipe, so delicious and just the right amount for the perfect serving.
Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust
11/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
- Cheesecake filling
16 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Oil your muffin tin and combine and mix all the ingredients to the graham cracker crust. Add 2 tablespoons of the Grahm cracker crust mixture to the bottom of each muffin tin and flatten down.

- Add all of the ingredients together for the cheesecake filling and whip creaming everything together. Add 3 tablespoons of filling on top of the crust and bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool completely before eating and enjoy!

Notes
- Leave the leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze.
- Add any of your favorite topping, it is delicious by itself or with some caramel, strawberries, or cherries.
