Delicious, easy, and quick breakfast sandwiches to pull out of the freezer to enjoy when you are in a hurry. The crispy bacon with an egg topped with cheese is the perfect combination!

Ingredients

  • 12 English muffins

  • 1 dozen eggs

  • 12 pieces of bacon

  • 12 sliced of cheese

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add your eggs to a bowl and whisk together. Pour into a cookie sheet and bake for 13 minutes. Cook the bacon.
  • Cut the eggs into squares and cut the bacon in half. Set out all your ingredients so it is ready to assemble.
  • Open the english muffin and add in the egg bacon and cheese. Wrap in parchment paper, then aluminum foil and enjoy, or freeze for meal prep.
