Ingredients
3 pounds of chicken bones
3 quarts of water
1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic, onion, basil
2 bay leaves
Directions
- Add all your ingredients to a stockpot and simmer for 6 hours stirring occasionally. Strain out the chicken bones and enjoy nutritious chicken broth.

Notes
- Keep the leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days, freeze, or can.
- If you have any leftover vegetables add them in the stockpot for more flavor.
