Basic Simple Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice

minutesSuper simple and easy teriyaki chicken with fried rice. Juicy chicken paired with fried rice is the perfect combination.
Ingredients
- Fried Rice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion
1 1/2 cups of long grain rice
3 cups of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
3 eggs
- Meat
6 chicken thighs
1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic, and onion
Directions
- Fried Rice
- Add olive oil to a pot with the seasonings and cook for 1 minute, add the rice and cook util golden. Pour in the chicken broth and cover with a lid for 20 minutes.

- Once rice is done add it to a hot pan and mix in the eggs and teriyaki sauce cooking for about 5 minutes.

- Meat
- Cook the chicken about 7 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other, then add the teriyaki sauce and slice for plating.

- Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice
- Plate the rice and over top add the sliced chicken and enjoy!

Notes
- Add some snow peas, peppers, mushrooms, green beans, or broccoli to add some more texture, this is a simple recipe for a base recipe, add your personal touch to it.
